When everything is in place, your listing will become Active on MLS. But I don’t stop there, I will be actively working hard behind the scenes, marketing your property to colleagues, clients and the public! I optimize marketing through the use of professional photography, videography, print and social media advertising.

We never want to miss a potential sale, so we make sure to accomadate potential buyers as best we can to suit your busy schedules. After each showing, I will follow up with the people who viewed your home to hear their feedback.

Once we receive an offer you have three choices – accept the offer, counter the offer or reject the offer. My knowledge of your needs will enable me to represent you in the best way possible.

If a conditional offer is accepted and signed by all parties, the conditional phase begins. The buyers will have a pre-determined amount of time to fulfill items that may including home inspection, financing, home insurance, etc. I will make sure to follow up on each of these condition dates and stay on top of the transaction in order to make this process move smoothly for you. The date the conditions are removed, you now have a firm and binding contract for the sale of your home. Congratulations! Now it’s time to get packing and ready to move!
